Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pixi glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring they are secure to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
